2020 tax forms

During tax season, the Fort Smith Public Library has paper copies of federal and state tax forms available, while supplies last.  Tax forms may also be printed from the IRS website.  Up to 25 pages of blank forms may be printed at no charge at the library.  Additional pages will be charged at the library’s standard per page rate.  Instructions that accompany the forms may be printed for $.25 per page.

Available forms include the Federal 1040 and 1040-SR forms and instructions, and the Arkansas State Income Tax forms/instruction booklets.  The Federal tax forms also include Schedules 1, 2, and 3.  Forms are available in the rotunda inside the front library doors (9 a.m - 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday) and outside near the large garage door/curbside pickup area from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday, and 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Saturday (weather permitting).  An appointment is not required to pick up standard tax forms; if you need additional forms printed, please make an appointment by clicking here or calling 479-783-0229.
