Owned and operated by the Fort Smith Public Library, Dewey’s Café is located at the Main Library. The Fort Smith Public Library Endowment Trust and its generous donors helped finance construction of the café and continue to assist financially with daily operations.
The café is a great place to pick up coffee or a bite to eat while meeting with friends, reading, or studying. Covered drinks are permitted throughout the library, except near computers.
Dewey’s Café hours are:
9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday
9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Friday
10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Saturday
Dewey’s is closed on Sundays.

Dewey’s Café serves coffee and specialty coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies along with a selection of snacks, baked goods, and sweet treats. Sandwiches are also available Monday through Friday -- stop by for lunch!
