Spence Trust

The purpose of this meeting is for the trustee (me) to meet with a beneficiary of the Spence Trust, who is deaf, along with a professional interpreter, to explain certain aspects concerning the trust. There is no commercial purpose, though the interpreter will be paid. The beneficiary, her parents, and the persons who set up the trust are/were all long time residents of Fort Smith.
