Program Description

This program, originally scheduled for this January 27th, has been POSTPONED due to weather. We are currently planning a new date for March. Stay tuned to Facebook for more details on the exact date.

This is one of a four-part series with Fort Kids: Rooted and Resilient Parenting, designed to support, encourage, and equip caregivers with practical tools for raising confident, connected kids. All sessions are free, family-friendly.

Foster care comes with both beauty and complexity. Kessia Brown, foster mom and social worker, will offer insight into supporting foster children and families with compassion, structure, and understanding. Whether you’re a current foster parent, considering fostering, or simply want to better support foster families in our community, this session is full of guidance and heart.
