I work for a non-profit in Fort Smith and am looking for a small private room in a neutral location to meet with a couple of employees for approximately 1-2 hours next week. I read your meeting room policies and am unsure if this qualifies. I’m not recruiting, offering items or doing anything listed as prohibitive on your website.
