Thinking Money: Financial Literacy for Kids

Benjamin Franklin said, “A penny saved is a penny earned.”  Learning to manage money successfully is extremely important, yet incredibly difficult without basic financial literacy. The Fort Smith Public Library is teaming up with Chambers Bank, who will share the importance or practicing saving at a young age.  This program - designed for school-aged children – will show the value of having a budget that balances savings, needs, and wants.
