You are invited to a celebration! Bring your friends and family and join in the fun as we celebrate the beginning of Hispanic Heritage Month. Hosted by the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith and the Fort Smith Public Library, activities include storytime, crafts, snacks, and a book for every child. See you at the celebration!
