Reserve a Room (by room)

The Campbell Board Room, located on the second floor, has a large table with 14 executive chairs.  The AV equipment in this room includes a 72” high-definition smart TV that can be connected to a laptop via HDMI cable or can connect wirelessly to most laptops, tablets, and smartphones.  Wi-Fi and a projection screen are also available in the room.  If other equipment is needed, it may be requested when making the reservation.

The Carnegie Room, on the first floor, contains 8 tables surrounded by 16 chairs.  The AV equipment in this room includes an 85” high-definition smart TV that can be connected to a laptop via HDMI cable or can connect wirelessly to most laptops, tablets, and smartphones.  Wi-Fi is also available in the room.  If other equipment is needed, it may be requested when making the reservation. 

The Community Room is our largest meeting room with a capacity of 60 people. The standard setup allows for 5 rows of tables with 12 people per row. The AV equipment in this room consists of a retractable screen, whiteboard, Wi-Fi, and a podium.

The Davis Meeting Room, located on the second floor, is our smallest meeting space with 6 tables arranged in a square and 18 chairs.  This room has a retractable screen, whiteboard, and Wi-Fi. 

The Community Room has a capacity of 18 people in its standard setup.  Equipment in this room includes a retractable screen, whiteboard, Wi-Fi, and podium.  An LCD projector, laptop computer, external speakers, television and DVD player may also be requested. 

The Anita Paddock Community Room has a capacity of 16 people in its standard setup.  Equipment in this room included a retractable screen, whiteboard, Wi-Fi, and podium.  An LCD projector, laptop computer, external speakers, television and DVD player may also be requested.
