A Leadership Offsite. A quite space to put 100% focus on updating Mission, Vision, and Goals statements. Reassigning additional details within the squadron to improve individual growth and proved leadership development. Addressing Awards and Decorations across the squadron. Validate Organization Chart and plan for future Force Structure Development movements. Plan next Squadron Photo and appoint POC to coordinate with PA to make that happen. And several other matters that need a POC and process started.
