Make a Blanket Day

This is not a library sponsored event.

Meeting Purpose

Project Linus collects new, handmade quilts and blankets and delivers them to local children in need.
At today’s community event, Blanketeers can continue their current projects or work together to assemble A fleece kit that will be on hand. We welcome all sewers, quilters, blanketmakers, youth organizations, families, and service groups. Service hours will be available.

Donations of cotton, fleece, and flannel material as well as non-sew fleece kits are welcome. All blankets and quilts finished this day will be donated to children in the Western Arkansas area.
