Program Description

Help celebrate Library Card Sign-Up Month with the Fort Smith Public Library!  Each time you use your library card during the month of September, you'll be entered to win prizes!  The more times you use your library card throughout the month, the better chance you have to win.  Don’t have a library card?  Fort Smith residents 5 years and older are eligible for a FREE card!  When kids (ages 5 and up) apply for their FIRST library card, they will receive a FREE book!
