Bring Your Own Device: Basic Assistance for Your Phone or Tablet

Need a little help getting started with your new phone, tablet, or other device? Library staff will be on hand to help you with basic device set up for your phone, tablet, or other electronic device.  We can help you install Library2Go for access to free eBooks and audiobooks with your Fort Smith Public Library card.  Other basic help will be available as well.   Be sure to have your usernames, email address, and passwords handy so that we will be able to better assist you.  Don’t forget to charge your device beforehand as well!  Preregistration is preferred but not required.  Should you preregister, please tell us the type of device you have and what you would like help with so that we may ensure adequate assistance is available when you arrive.
