To celebrate Library Card Sign-Up Month, adopt a reading duckie at the Fort Smith Public Library! Reading duckies will be available for children can adopt with the only criteria required is that the child agrees to read to their reading buddy for 20 minutes every day! To adopt a reading duckie, simply stop by any of our four FSPL library locations any time during the month of September. For library locations or hours, visit our website.
