FSPL Board of Trustees

The Fort Smith Public Library Board is made up of seven trustees appointed by the City of Fort Smith. The Library's Trustees for 2007 are:

  • Brian G. Delung (2008), President
  • Carolyn Johnston (2010), Vice President
  • Paul W. Ulmschneider (2007), Secretary
  • Kenneth W. Cowan (2007), Treasurer
  • JoAnn Campbell (2007)
  • Theresia Pennartz (2010)
  • Luanne Weir (2008)

Note: Board members may serve for two terms of five years each. Dates in parentheses denote expiration date of current term.
