2018 Summer Reading Program Theme for all ages: Libraries rock!

2018 Summer Reading Details
  • Early Literacy is important. Children who are too young to read will receive prizes for every 5 books read to them, up to 25 books.

  • Children who are independent readers will earn a food coupon or small prize for every five hours they read up to 25 hours. However, we don’t want them to stop at 25 hours! The more hours they read the better chance they have of winning a grand-prize at the end of the summer reading program.

  • Teens and adults are eligible to win weekly gift cards and a grand-prize by using and reviewing library resources, including books, magazines, databases, DVDs, eBooks, books on CD and more.

Registration begins June 1st at all four Fort Smith Public Library locations! Libraries Rock! at your Library this summer!

For more information, please call (479)783-0229, ext. 1131 or check out our Upcoming Events page as summer reading time approaches.
